Blasting the face and neck with the FaceBlaster, Ashley Black’s tiniest version of a FasciaBlaster, can provide a number of benefits from the aesthetic to health and wellness concerns. In this video, I talk about my faceblasting technique, what it does for me and why how it helps cosmetically and a little about how it helps for chronic pain.
The most important thing to remember when blasting the face and neck is that you want to be very gentle, using light strokes. You only want to blast these areas for :90 to a maximum of 3:00 for no more than 2-3 times per week, as well. It’s important not to overtax or stretch the skin by going too long and hard.
Done gently in short bursts, FaceBlaster treatments provide firming, lifting and toning, softening and even eliminating fine lines, wrinkles and sagging under eye bags and drooping chins. It can even help clear old scar tissue and other detritus from the skin, offering a smoother complexion and because it restores blood flow to the area, it brings about a youthful glow older women often lack. Amazingly, the restoration of this blood flow can even increase hair growth when used over the brows and head.
